Delivery and postage.
Every CLIKKY is made to order, so delivery is two steps: the days it takes us to make it, then the courier.
Making it
We print and assemble your keychain within 2 to 3 working days of your payment landing (for cash on delivery, from the moment you order). Your tracking page shows In production when it goes onto the bench and On its way once we hand it to the courier. If a busy week pushes us past three days, the tracking page is where you will see it first.
Posting it
J&T Express or Poslaju, your pick at checkout, to anywhere in Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak included. Postage depends on the state you choose and is added to your total before you place the order. One postage fee covers the whole order however many keychains are in it.
- Peninsular Malaysia: RM12
- Sabah and Labuan: RM12
- Within Sarawak: RM7
- Orders of RM50 and over: free postage
Courier time is on top of the making time: usually a day or two within Sarawak, and a few days to the Peninsular or Sabah.
Cash on delivery in Kuching, free
In Kuching city there is a third option. Pick cash on delivery at checkout, tell us roughly where you are, and we message you on WhatsApp to agree a time and place. You pay when you have it in your hand. No postage, no courier.
If it arrives damaged
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a photo. A key that does not click or a print that is not right is reprinted, not argued about.
Changing the address
Message us with your order number as soon as you can. Until the order shows On its way we can change it; after that it is with the courier.
